These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by OWNERTS LLC ("OWNERTS," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, marketing, and AI automation services for home service businesses, and our SMS messaging program described below.
1. Our Services
OWNERTS provides marketing and AI automation services, including lead generation, appointment scheduling support, and related outreach, to home service businesses such as landscaping companies, ADU/garage builders, and property inspection businesses.
2. SMS Messaging Program
Program name: OWNERTS SMS Notifications
How you join: SMS consent is obtained before any text message is sent to you. You join only by submitting an OWNERTS website form, contact form, lead form, or booking/calendar form in which you voluntarily enter your own mobile number and separately check the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default. We do not send an initial text asking for permission, we never ask you to reply to a message in order to give consent, and we do not text you unless you have already opted in through one of those forms.
Description: Once you have opted in, OWNERTS may send you text messages regarding your inquiry, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and related services.
We never treat the following as SMS consent: publicly listed or publicly available business phone numbers, numbers obtained from third-party directories, purchased or rented lists, numbers gathered by scraping, or any number that has not been submitted to us with the SMS consent box checked.
Message frequency: Varies based on your engagement with OWNERTS; typically no more than a few messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Consent
You consent to receive the SMS communications described above only by completing all of the following on an OWNERTS website form, contact form, lead form, or booking/calendar form: voluntarily entering your own mobile number, and checking the separate SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default and which you must check yourself. Submitting your phone number on its own is not SMS consent — the consent checkbox must be checked, and submitting the form by itself is never treated as SMS consent.
SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any service, of submitting a form, or of receiving a quote or consultation. It is requested separately and is never bundled with consent to any other communication channel. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
OWNERTS records the date, time, page, and exact consent wording shown at the moment you opt in.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While OWNERTS provides marketing and automation services designed to generate leads and appointments, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWNERTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or SMS program.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
